Digital download refund policy

Our online workshop is delivered to you via a downloadable .pdf file. Due to our online workshop being an instant digital download we have a no refund policy. If for any reason you cannot open or read our .pdf file, we can deliver it to you in several different file types, including a simple .txt file. You will receive a download link immediately after purchase, as well as a link sent to your email. Thank you.
